If you are seeking to instruct EP regarding the provision of Recruitment, Executive Search, or Consulting services, our standard terms and conditions shall apply (copy available upon on request).

EP provides Users with a variety of online services on this Site ('Services'), including but not limited to:

  • Information about services provided by EP, primarily Recruitment, Executive Search, Consulting Services;
  • Access to EP's exclusive candidate portal (known as EntryPoint), and as further outlined in the portal's Terms. (EntryPoint terms)
  • Jobs listings and information regarding job vacancies that are being managed by EP, and the facility to submit applications for those vacancies via the EntryPoint
  • Links and occasional articles as relevant to EP's industry, community and services

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You acknowledge that the Services provided by EP do not constitute any guarantee of a job offer, or a guarantee of being recommended as a candidate for a particular job.

EP asserts its right to make its own professional assessment of a User's candidacy and/or suitability for a role.

Privacy is the life blood of our business. EP respects the privacy of visitors to this website, and the privacy of our clients and candidates.

EP is committed to the management of personal information in accordance with the relevant privacy legislation in Australia.

In order to use some services on our Site, it is necessary for you to disclose personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and any other information reasonably requested in order for us to provide that stated service. Your personal details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them.

EP will not provide any personal information to any third party without your consent, except if we are required to do so by law or in relation to any legal proceedings or investigations. We can (and you authorise us) to disclose any such information in those circumstances.

When you visit our Site our website host collects data in relation to your visit and keeps a record of various information for statistical purposes only.   • that any employer or client will ask for your CV, ask to interview you or recruit you;
  • that any employer or client will keep confidential any of your information or data provided to that employer or client; or
  • the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through the EP site
