A range of behind-the-scenes roles in departments is also covered. Areas such as traffic, scheduling on-air promos, post-production and broadcast design.

Flexible terms

Our fees are industry competitive and based on a percentage of the agreed annual salary package.  We have a simple range of fee structures depending on the role and whether the assignment is exclusive to us. We are pleased to offer Preferred Supplier Agreements to regular clients.

Short-term cover

Sometimes you won't be able to commit to a permanent role and a contract is the best way forward. We can source and provide professionals for short or long-term contracts to assist with projects or busy peaks, or to backfill staff absences. If you then want to offer the contractor a permanent role, we'll reduce the placement fee pro-rata.   You'll never know what's around the corner, but you can trust EP to find a solution that works.

Long-term thinking

We don't want to be refilling the role in a few months' time any more than you do. We focus on getting it right in the first place - and all EP placements are covered by a guarantee period.
